Cool Beauty Tip
I’ve started taking fish oil supplements, (I had a reason why I was, and I can’t remember why now) and I’ve noticed a great side benefit about 2 weeks after starting. My fingernails are now super tough and strong! No more cracking and breaking when it gets to the fingertip length. I now actually have to cut them off, because they’re getting too long. Also, take, the brand Nature Made, (mine was 1200 mg softgels). No burping fish oil side effect like others I’ve tried.
